Strengths - S. Inamdar is one of the most gifted players at KFANDRA. A player that has a mastery of the ball that most players can only dream of. On top of it all, a gem of a person.
Oct. 2022 KLC4 - Still the same! Over the interim period since the end of the KLC3, Inamdar is developing some strong leadership skills.
Weaknesses - A gem of a person! He needs to be a little ruthless while playing against opponents and with his teammates. He needs to work on his strength and conditioning.
Oct. 2022 KLC4 - Inamdar always sees other players as being good, but never himself. Once he realizes that he's just as good if not better than the best out there while at the same time not allowing his head to get big because of that knowledge, then he'll be jumping up to a new level in no time at all.

Positions - All
Strengths - Pardeshi has high awareness levels and vision. Graduated from KFANDRA with high grades and is therefore a natural dribbler. Has worked very hard on his confidence levels and has turned a weakness into a strength.
Oct. 2022 KLC4 - With his increase in confidence his leadership skills have skyrocketed.
Weaknesses - He isn't a hard man and when playing in defense, tends to ease off rather than get stuck in, even if he's sure of winning the ball. While his confidence has improved in many ways, he still lacks it when playing in unfamiliar positions.
Oct. 2022 KLC4 - Pardeshi has worked hard on his weaknesses in the KLC3. He still tends to be soft on his teammates when what is needed is to ensure they own up to their mistakes and to galvanize them when things look bleak.

Positions - Lb/Rb
Strengths - Kadam is gentle and caring! Two qualities that shouldn't be on the profile of any player. Quite a capable player, if only he knew he was.
Oct. 2022 KLC4 - Just the other day in training he showed some 'oomph' in a tackle. It's hoped that's a sign of change.
Weaknesses - Gentle and caring! A player need to be a little crazy once in a while. Kadam doesn't know the meaning of crazy. Work is in progress on showing him that it's fun being a little loony sometimes.
Oct. 2022 KLC4 - Low on confidence and irregular at sessions.

Sachin Kadam

Football
Positions - Cd/Rm/Cm
Strengths - Mishra can use both feet and is very difficult to push off the ball. He's one of those tough guys that can scare an opponent with just one look, but once you get closer, he's just a plain old nice guy. He isn't scared to head the ball or get stuck in.
Oct. 2022 KLC4 - It is hoped his lack of attendance doesn't affect his strengths.
Weaknesses - Over thinks everything! Makes something that is simple, appear extremely difficult. A natural leader, but tends to take everything upon his own shoulders than share responsibility. Always willing to take the blame.
Oct. 2022 KLC4 - Unfortunately for Mishra, his real-life work and family has taken him off the radar since the KLC3 ended. This has meant he's been unable to train for close to half a year. Let's hope he can attend sessions from October 2022.

Positions - All
Strengths - Oct. 2022 KLC4 - Extremely energetic and pretty strong for his height. Technically sound in most areas and good vision.
Weaknesses - Oct. 2022 KLC4 - Currently his energy levels don't match his levels of stamina and until he gets fit, he needs to control his exuberance a bit. Babhale likes to do everything much to the unhappiness of his teammates and he always sees a killer pass or an opportunity to score from wherever he is on the pitch.

Positions - Rb, Rm, Cd.
Strengths - Oct. 2022 KLC4 - Quite a strong player on and off the ball.
Weaknesses - Oct. 2022 KLC4 - He needs to work on his technical ability. Kothari's past life as a 'pro' skater hasn't helped him in his pursuit of becoming a better player. He needs to unlearn some things and re-learn new things to step up to the next level. Currently his status as being only a Saturday session player has slowed down his progress. But he's promised to start attending more sessions soon.
