FEE STRUCTURE and PAYMENT DETAILS

Fee Structure 

Monthly fees are currently set at either (Level 4) Rs. 2500/-, (Level 3) Rs. 3000, (Level 2) Rs. 3500 or
(Level 1) Rs. 4000/-. The choice of how much you pay, is dependent on whether you can afford to pay one of the four amounts.
*(Level 5 - Please read below regarding those players that can't manage either of the four amounts).
The fees are fixed whether you attend more than 1, 12 or end up attending zero sessions a month. KFANDRA will always be grateful to those members that continue paying fees even without attending sessions as it enables funds being available for the monthly payment of the KFANDRA staff, ground rent, players kit and welfare and other miscellaneous costs.
Members can pay in advance for every quarter of a year or even two months at a time. The quarters will be segmented as follows - 1st Q Jan, Feb, March/2nd Q Apr, May, June/3rd Q July, Aug, Sep/4th Q Oct, Nov and Dec. (But on request, the quarter can start from any month).
*The players must understand that if a majority of the players are not paying any fee or paying the lowest amount, then KFANDRA will find it difficult to exist in these circumstances. At this moment in time (10/12/25), KFANDRA does not have any other source of income to cover the expenses. If push becomes shove, KFANDRA will carry on for up to 2 months before pulling the plug.
(Any private donations towards ground rent will ease up serious matters significantly if the situation does arise).

What is provided?
Payment of fees provides you permission to play at KFANDRA's Home ground, at Sangamwadi on Tues, Thu and Sat.
During the monsoon months, KFANDRA's Home venue may switch at times to an Astro-turf pitch near where most of the members stay, if the players want to play on a non-grass surface. 
(Timings are from 5.45 am (unofficial) or 6.10 am (official) till 7.30 am (unofficial depending on the players having to leave early for work or family) to 8 am (official).
With the increase in fees, KFANDRA has included the option of one more training or game session on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday. This option can be requested on the starting of the week on Saturday or Sunday. An urgent request can be made at any other time. The venue will be decided at that time.
KLC (KFANDRA League and Cup) tournament matches along with other competitions are a continuous event throughout the year.

Fee payment rules and regulations -

The monthly or quarterly fee must be paid before the 5th day of the same month or starting of the quarterly fee month. Otherwise, a fine will have to be paid.
(The player can request KFANDRA to allow a 'late' payment of the fees and the player will have to provide a date for the same).

After paying the fees in cash or by bank transfer, a polite mobile message or email must be sent to KFANDRA stating that you have paid the fees and to which bank you have transferred the money to (see bank payment account info below). A message will be sent by KFANDRA to the member once the message and payment is acknowledged. This process is important so that KFANDRA does not forget to mark the payment down as also to ensure that your payment has been recorded. (This step needs to be taken as the Banks sometimes may not inform KFANDRA of the payment, which means the player must do so).

Level 5
*If the member is facing financial difficulties, please approach Khare Sensei/Neel Sir with your problem. KFANDRA will always ensure that your personal problems will be looked at seriously and inability to make the fee payment will never be the final criteria for a member to attend the sessions. Please understand that all private matters will be kept private. The payment of fees between the member and KFANDRA will always be private and confidential.

Disclaimer -
Payment of fees does not guarantee membership. Every player needs to abide by the Rules and Regulations of KFANDRA including the KFANDRA ETHOS and its Code of Conduct.
If a member fails to abide by the rules, he/she will be asked to leave. Fees will be returned to the member if he/she has paid the fee and attended only one session.
A maximum of 1 session will be taken to gauge a 'new' players behaviour and conduct. After which he/she will be accepted or denied permission to attend the sessions by becoming a member of KFANDRA.
Players coming for trials can attend the 1st trial session for free but from his 2nd trial session, the monthly fees must be paid. The payment will not be required if the player fails the trials.

Khare Sensei/Neel Sir added -
'The players I'm coaching currently are now the core members of KFANDRA and they're a dream to coach. I do my best to be as professional as possible and I must admit at times, it does become a trifle difficult, as what KFANDRA is paying me, is far below my worth. I must admit that there are many months over the years wherein the KFANDRA fees have not matched what is being given in return. And I don't think it ever will! I mean where can you get a professional level of football coaching, S and C training, rugby training (these days only a few times), Gym training, a Fake Dr. on hand, a website and other avenues that 'show off' what the players are doing and on top of it all, to play in an environment which is free of anger, abuse, arguments, fights, wasting of time and the chances of injury during play is at almost nothing? All in an amateur setup! Sometimes, the fee can never match what's being provided. But KFANDRA's policy of giving the players a chance to play as how professional footballers should play (without all the crap involved), to live in a dream world of sorts, while ensuring that they should always prioritize their family and work-time, is just that, a dream that's come true. If I was ever given the chance to play at KFANDRA with the experience I have now, way back in those years of youth that I wasted playing football at the highest levels in Pune and University and District levels and so on, then I'd jump at the chance, which I'll explain in detail in my Memoirs. But that's for laters!
